SCROLL DOWN TO SEE WORK IN PROGRESS! ENJOY!

Beginning of the perch . Perch will rotate 45 degrees left and right of center. The two stubby pipes are the parrots legs and the metal between them is the main body mount. The body will pivot on two sintered bronze bearings that will support the entire weight of the bird.

The start of the aluminum body.

Test fitting the body on the perch. Had to make a few adjustments to center the body between the legs.

LEFT WING
The next pictures are trying to get the wing assembly figured out. Once I get it, I'll just duplicated it on the right side!

Headless body back on perch, left wing finished.
First of three servo driver boards installed.
Can you see the bird, yet?

Power/Network cables

Almost ready to do a test power up!

Final head attached. Powered up with no smoke!

A foil beak - light weight and cheep!

Eyebrows attached

Front view of head & body with wings extended.

Bird Stand with show computer, sound system & fusion reactor.
